The site

The website presents the house, its stones, and its work. Nothing on it is a contract or an offer for sale. Stones and commissions are agreed in person or in correspondence, by private appointment.

II

Stones and descriptions

Images and descriptions are representative. Colour shifts with the screen and the light. The origin, weight, treatment, and certification of any stone are confirmed in writing and at viewing before any acquisition. Availability changes, and a stone shown here may already have found its owner.

III

Bespoke commissions

Each commission is one of one and is governed by the written terms agreed between you and the house at the time, set out in our Conditions of Service. Timelines are estimates shaped by the stone, the design, and the making.

IV

What belongs to the house

The text, images, marks, and design of this site belong to House of Ayura and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

V

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here, dated above, is the one that applies. Where a change is material, we will reflect it on this page.

VI

Governing law

These terms, and any private agreement made through the house, are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any matter is addressed first in good faith and in confidence.
