What we hold

When you make an enquiry, request an appointment, or correspond with us, we hold what you choose to give: your name, your contact details, your location, and what you tell us about the stones or commissions that interest you. We do not collect more than we need to have a conversation with you.

The house is operated by Ayura Limited, Hong Kong, and that entity is responsible for the information you share.

II

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to arrange and prepare for private appointments, and to maintain a considered relationship over time. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

III

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as our relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us. You may ask us to remove it at any time.

IV

International clients

House of Ayura speaks with clients across the Gulf, the United Kingdom, Europe, and beyond. We handle your information consistently with the data protection laws that apply to you, and you may exercise your rights, including access, correction, and deletion, by writing to us.

Because the house is based in Hong Kong and the Gulf, your information may be held and processed outside the country where you live. We keep it protected to the same standard wherever it is held.

V

The site itself

The website is largely static. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts and a small scrolling library from a public content network, which means those providers may receive standard request information such as your IP address. The site does not run advertising trackers.

VI

Your choices

You may ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. Write to us and we will act on it. For anything to do with your privacy, the address is [email protected].
