We reply within a day, personally and in confidence. There is no obligation, and no follow-up you have not invited. When you are ready, we arrange a private appointment, in person in Dubai or Colombo, or by video for clients abroad.
Every stone is independently certified by GRS or a comparable internationally recognised laboratory. Origin and treatment are documented in full, in writing, and the certificate accompanies the piece. Where a stone is unheated this is stated, and where any treatment exists it is declared.
A commission moves through a few considered stages over six to twelve weeks, hand led by the founder and a small team of master artisans. You approve the stone and the final design before any piece is made. The terms of a commission are set out in our Conditions of Service.
We advise on the care of your stones, and we clean, check, and re-polish pieces made by the house. Resizing, restringing, and repair are arranged through us, by the artisans who made the piece, so that a jewel made here is looked after here.
Where possible a piece is handed to you in person. Otherwise it travels by secure, insured, fully tracked courier, with customs and duties handled and confirmed in advance. Title and risk are set out in the Conditions of Service.
Most of what we do can be done at a distance, with the same discretion. Virtual viewings, certified documentation, and insured delivery worldwide are part of how the house works.
Your enquiry, your identity, and your collection are held in confidence. For significant acquisitions we conduct identity and source of funds checks, quietly and as a matter of standard practice in the trade. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy note.
